Wow! I guess it wouldn&#039;t help for me to say that you should have checked the vin on the paperwork with the vin on the car BEFORE you took it? Don&#039;t want to kick you when you are down but that is a mess. It seems to me that you should definetely demand that they give you your money back. If they won&#039;t then you should contact the attorney general for that state and whatever other consumer protection agencies exist in that state too. I&#039;m really sorry for the hassles. I&#039;m not a lawyer but you might consider taking them to small claims court if they won&#039;t give you your money back and pick it up at your home.</description>
